Description
Robinsons Reicliffe Victorian Greenhouse – 15’8″ Wide
The Robinsons Reicliffe is a grand, architecturally striking T-shaped Victorian greenhouse designed for gardeners who want exceptional height, strength, and period elegance. Its signature 45° roof pitch creates an impressive internal atmosphere with superb light transmission, making it ideal for ambitious growing, specimen plants, and creating a true centrepiece in the garden. Cast‑aluminium Victorian spandrels at the eaves and ridge reinforce the structure while enhancing its heritage character.
Built using Robinsons’ renowned box‑section aluminium glazing bars and 4mm toughened safety glass, the Reicliffe delivers outstanding rigidity and long‑term durability, even in exposed or demanding locations. Practical features come as standard, including automatic roof vents, louvre side vents, extra‑wide Victorian‑style guttering, and a wide, low‑threshold hinged door for easy access.
Available in a choice of colours and in both glass‑to‑ground or dwarf‑wall formats, the Reicliffe can be tailored to suit traditional or contemporary gardens alike. Optional cresting and finials complete the period look, while modern engineering ensures a stable, professional‑grade growing environment built to last for decades.
A Reicliffe isn’t just a greenhouse — it’s a statement piece that elevates the garden and provides a generous, beautifully lit space for growing, relaxing, and enjoying the craft of horticulture.

Installation & Base
Installation services are available via Bourne Buildings in some locations.
Robinsons greenhouses need to be placed on a flat, level, compact (firm) base, with paving slabs or concrete being the best options. The base should be the same size as the building itself*, level (with no drainage slope) with 2 inches above ground level to avoid surface water running underneath.
Robinsons Greenhouses can sit on either a solid paving or concrete base as described above, or on concrete strip footing. Dwarf wall models will require a suitable dwarf wall to be constructed – Exact measurements will be supplied once you have placed an order.
Clearance – We recommend at least 18” clearance all round for installation, airflow, and future maintenance. Victorian models: Please allow 24” clearance all round. Please speak with a staff member if you have less clearance.
*Bases can be larger than the building if required by the customer but must not be any smaller.
