Halls Icon 6 – 6’4″ Wide

The Halls Icon 6 brings a premium, design‑led feel to the garden. Its high‑clarity glazing and robust, slim frame create a bright, inviting interior that feels stable and comfortable in all seasons. The single sliding door glides open to reveal a neat, space‑efficient entrance and excellent airflow, making it easy to move plants and tools while keeping the space pleasant. Installation & Base

We offer installation in some areas

Halls greenhouses need to be placed on a flat, level, compact (firm) base, with paving slabs or concrete being the best options.

Traditional & Qube Models: We recommend that the base should be 3” larger all round, as fixing the greenhouse down involves drilling at an angle from inside to out, so this is needed to anchor the fixings correctly. The base needs to be level (with no drainage slope) 2 inches above ground level to avoid surface water running underneath.

Traditional models: The base needs to be at least the same size as the building itself, level (with no drainage slope) with 2 inches above ground level to avoid surface water running underneath.

If using the Halls metal base option it is also possible to install some of the Halls greenhouses directly onto flat, level & compact ground, and anchoring the corners in with concrete to give additional support.

Halls Greenhouses can sit on either a solid paving or concrete base as described above, or on concrete strip footing.

Clearance

We recommend at least 18” clearance all round for installation, airflow, and future maintenance. Please speak with a staff member if you have less clearance.

WARRANTY STATEMENT – 12-YEAR WARRANTY

Our Halls greenhouses come with a 12-Year Frame warranty (does not cover Glass, polycarbonate, glazing beads – more details below)

The guarantee applies to products in the two brand ranges, Juliana and Halls. Provided that the greenhouse is installed in conformity and compliance with the requirements of the assembly instructions and is maintained as directed, we provide a 12-year warranty. General maintenance of the greenhouse such as cleaning, lubrication, nut/screw tightening, checking plastic strips, cleaning of gutters etc. must be carried out, as this may affect the structural quality of the greenhouse and its resistance to the impact of wind, water and snow.

THE WARRANTY COVERS:

• Manufacturing and/or material defects –  12 years
• Aluminium parts and connecting elements – 12 years
• General warranty on other components – 2 years

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABOVE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Damage and functional problems caused by no, or inadequate, lubrication and maintenance, and washing of the outer powder-coated surface of the unit.
• For painted greenhouses, a two-year warranty applies to the paint. However, any peeling of paint on profiles that may be related to inadequate painting is covered by the 12-year warranty.
• Differences in colour/gloss of aluminium parts may occur. Please note that there may be small marks on the profiles resulting from the suspension of the profiles during the painting process. This does not give rise to any claim under the warranty.
• Leakages.
• Fading of painted surfaces.
• Small cosmetic surface scratches.
• Glass, polycarbonate, glazing beads, shipping, assembly, improper storage of supplied parts.
• Thermal breakage of glass.
• Products affected by external influences, such as: other building elements, climate impact like storms, vandalism, force majeure, or other external factors.
  • Remember, for example, to continuously remove snow from the roof to avoid possible breakage due to excessive weight. A collapse caused by failure to remove snow is not eligible for a claim.
• Wear parts such as handles, wheels, slide rails, bolts/nuts, screws, cylinders, locking devices, plastic or rubber strips. Replacement of wear parts must be expected, commensurate with daily use, application, and operation.
• Accessories are covered by a 2-year warranty.
• The warranty is also void if the product defect is caused by improper or inappropriate use of parts in the structure.
